The FCM is responsible for coordination of material delivery, develop and maintain as-built documentation, and must be onsite whenever work of any nature is being performed, monitor schedule, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The FCM will oversee contractor construction activities on behalf of the Owner to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, safety and environmental regulations, and Company requirements, they will coordinate onsite work activities with Company operations, and other projects.
