The Program Manager ensures end-to-end integration of enterprise RMIC governance, internal controls, audit readiness, financial management support, eGRC modernization, automation, training, mobile support, and transition activities while maintaining alignment with Army regulations, OMB Circular A-123, FMFIA, and the GAO Green Book. The PM provides executive leadership across all functional workstreams; maintains responsibility for contract performance, customer satisfaction, staffing, schedule, quality, and financial execution; and serves as Redhawk's primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, ARNG G-8, RMF Division leadership, and other Government stakeholders.
