While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in supplier performance, supply chain, procurement operations, supplier development, or vendor management, and/or an advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. As a Supplier Program Manager reporting to the Director of Supplier Performance Management, you will manage supplier performance across key categories, focusing on quality, cost, delivery, capacity, compliance, and operational reliability.
