The ICMS Program Manager leads Intensive Case Management Services at the Care Campus, with responsibility for service quality, contractual compliance, caseload management, documentation, staff supervision, and effective connections to housing, healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, and other resources. The Skid Row Care Campus is a comprehensive, low-barrier service center providing individuals experiencing homelessness with access to hygiene facilities, case management, health and behavioral health services, and connections to housing and other essential resources.
