Actively advise on Sprint design and backlog grooming for EDI enhancements and projects with product manager and business partners, Oversee AMS production support activities, release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, and act as primary contact for critical incidents, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives. The Manager, Technical Lead EDI is a critical member of the enterprise solution design and delivery team, partnering with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and programs that support business strategy and drive enterprise value across Ocean Spray key functions.
