Working knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project controls principles, including experience creating and maintaining estimates and schedules using appropriate software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, or similar tools. Solid understanding of industrial construction execution, field engineering, self-perform crew management, subcontract management, material procurement, project controls, and site leadership practices.
