Attend pre-construction meetings with project managers, owners, inspection agencies, utility providers, and other vendors prior to and during the execution of construction projects to review scope of work, drawings, contracts, permits, special conditions, geotechnical issues, environmental issues, etc. Communicate cross functionally and with external vendors, to resolve design changes, changed site conditions, environmental impacts, code violations, complaints, and confirm materials, equipment, and delivery schedules are accurate.
