Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout Oversee budgets, cost projections, pay applications, change management, and financial reporting Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract execution Partner with superintendents and preconstruction teams to develop schedules, sequencing plans, and project strategies Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all project activities Manage risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies Mentor and support Project Managers and project team members to strengthen overall performance. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven success leading complex projects Strong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operations In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processes Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to mentor others.
