This position supports senior Government leadership by developing acquisition documentation, funding packages, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), Justifications and Approvals (J&As), market research, and other program management artifacts necessary to execute complex technology initiatives. This individual will work directly with Government Program Managers, Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, Resource Managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure funding requests and acquisition actions are properly documented, justified, and successfully executed.
