The Project Manager will establish and enforce a fit-for-purpose delivery approach using predictive, Agile, or hybrid practices; maintain auditable governance and baselines; lead financial planning and controls; and proactively protect revenue, margin, cash flow, and contractual commitments. Establish and maintain core management artifacts, including charter, integrated plan, RAID log, stakeholder and communication plans, quality plan, change log, decision log, financial baseline, benefits measures, and closure records.
