Approximately 70% of the role is dedicated to PMO and project management leadership, including portfolio governance, program planning, risk management, executive reporting, and New Product Introduction (NPI) execution. The role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to complex programs spanning Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support.
