Preferred Experience:** + 10+ years of experience managing capital programs and projects including building/facilities planning, team procurement, design, construction, contract administration, cost, scheduling and reporting + 5+ years of experience with healthcare, government and/or education facilities design, planning and construction + Alternative delivery project experience including Progressive Design Build + California public contracting, labor agreements, prevailing wage / DIR, DSA, HCAI experience + Additional courses and training in business administration, public relations, accounting, school finance, personnel management, educational facilities planning, and communication **Preferred Licenses and Certificates:** + A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) + A valid Project Management Professional certification by the Project Management Institute + LEED Professional Accreditation **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not available for this role. + Reviews status and monitors variances of the project management information system relative to scheduling, cost control and other project metrics, and provide project reporting + Reviews and verifies submitted applications for payment and performs overall fiscal management of multiple projects + Supports Program Management business development and proposal efforts as needed.
