Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and the ongoing evolution of our infrastructure in existing markets - such as EOR and vendor transitions, payroll migrations, and other major operational changes. Build and drive the program plan, translating a messy objective into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; proactively surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust the plan as facts change.
