Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Manufacturing Executive Leadership team by connecting financial performance to operational strategy, capacity planning, facility expansion, capital investment, workforce planning, and long-range growth initiatives. The Finance Manager will build and develop a team of on-site finance partners and analysts, establish scalable reporting and KPI frameworks, support pipeline and capacity planning, and create financial visibility that helps executives, operational leaders, and the broader Excellerate organization make informed decisions.
