This position performs routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, room and event set-ups, supply stocking, grounds upkeep, and timely response to facility needs to ensure welcoming, clean, safe, and functional spaces for staff, community members, tenants, and visitors. Organize and maintain all tools and equipment, ensuring all are in proper order and safe to operateWork in tandem with and assist the Facilities Coordinator to coordinate maintenance, inspections, custodial needs, vendor access, and other facilities items at Sunburst Youth Housing and other Center properties.
