Identify and cultivate opportunities for client, community, and stakeholder engagement in collaboration with Project Managers, Pomerleau teams, and external partners, while maintaining awareness of key cultural, Indigenous, community, and global observances to foster meaningful relationships, promote inclusion, and support project objectives. Support the IPP through the development of socio-economic baselines, community profiles, and social risk assessments, proactively identifying barriers, gaps, risks, and opportunities that may influence project outcomes and affect communities and stakeholders.
