Strong organizational change management and end-user adoption experience, supported by excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for clinical, laboratory, and business audiences. Demonstrated experience managing complex project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, application resources, vendors, and subcontractors, including priorities, milestones, risks, issues, and implementation deliverables.
