Responsibilities • Independently manage multiple commercial construction projects • Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal departments • Partner closely with Superintendents throughout construction • Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchasing, invoicing, and project documentation • Monitor project costs, profitability, safety, and quality • Participate in estimating, budgeting, bidding, and contract negotiations • Manage projects through punch list, closeout, and final turnover • Support and oversee Assistant Project Managers when assigned Requirements. • Strong commercial construction background • Proven experience independently managing projects from start to finish • Stable employment history with demonstrated project ownership • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management • Financially driven with the ability to manage the business side of each project • Strong client communication and negotiation skills • Self directed and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
