Review and oversee project designs, engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents; evaluate preliminary and final designs, verify site conditions, and recommend modifications to address safety, accessibility (e.g., sidewalks, curb ramps, turnouts), and constructability. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, approve consultant and contractor payments, prepare cash-flow projections, review monthly invoices, and maintain accurate financial records and master tracking spreadsheets.
