5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering project management, or a related role- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional programs- Strong technical fluency — able to read architecture diagrams, understand system dependencies, and hold your own in engineering discussions- Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership- Proven track record of driving programs to on-time delivery in ambiguous or fast-changing environments- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role- Experience with release management and CI/CD processes- Familiarity with data-driven program tracking (dashboards, OKRs, metrics reporting)- Experience managing programs involving third-party vendors or external partners- PMP, PgMP, or Scrum-related certification.
