Working closely with training leadership, instructors, production organizations, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders, the Manager ensures the training organization has the infrastructure and administrative discipline necessary to support a high-volume, rapidly evolving workforce development environment. This role provides senior leadership and overall accountability for the development, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of skilled-trades training supporting structural and outfitting production operations at NNS Charleston Operations as well as compliance and coordination with the Training Administration function.
