Initiate, develop, and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders and constituencies, including community leaders, community groups, affordable housing developers and syndicators, non-profit partners, as well as municipalities, local government(s) and their staff(s) to further the preservation and creation of housing that is affordable in the Savannah/Chatham County area. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, public policy, public administration, social work, non-profit management, or a related field with 3-5 years of non-profit experience in non-profit administration, public relations, marketing, program development, advancement, or community outreach.
