Performs complex administrative work communicating and coordinating with City staff, design consultants, and contractors in the preparation of design criteria, project plans, and special reports for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects, overseeing the design, management, and inspection of CIP projects, maintaining records of invoices, payments, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) reporting for CIP projects, and related work as apparent or assigned. Soil and Aggregate Field Compaction, Asphalt Field I & II, ACI Concrete, Pavement Marking, Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, GRIT, Erosion and Sediment Control Inspection, Stormwater Inspection, Intermediate Work Zone Traffic Control, OSHA 10-hour Safety Training - Construction Safety & Health Certifications desirable.
