The Program Manager is accountable for efficient, accurate, and consistent delivery of Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs), Property and Physical Needs Assessments (PCAs/PNAs), Integrated Physical Needs Assessments (IPNAs), and ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits. 5+ years of experience in multifamily building assessments, capital planning, energy auditing, building systems, engineering, architecture, or related due-diligence services, including experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
