The Construction Delivery Project Manager II, Tenant Fit Out is a highly experienced project delivery professional responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of tenant improvement, infrastructure, and hyperscale customer construction projects across the QTS portfolio. This position partners closely with Solutions Engineering, Development, Procurement, and Operations teams to define project scope, establish budgets and schedules, manage construction execution, and ensure successful project delivery from pre-construction through turnover and closeout.
