Associates Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field with two (2) years of experience in employment, vocational training, career development, education, or related field preferred, and ability to submit Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) application within ninety (90) days of appointment to position and obtain within six (6) months of appointment to position.
