Key responsibilities include validating and optimizing Epic tools (e.g., SmartSets, SmartTexts, SmartPhrases, preference lists, order panels, navigators), supporting scheduling and in-basket workflows, providing end-user support, and delivering education related to new functionality, system upgrades, regulatory requirements, and ambulatory documentation best practices. Leads, facilitates, and consults with multidisciplinary healthcare provider work teams in the specification and design of the EMR for order management, clinical data repository, documentation, clinical pathways, and clinical and operational decision support.
