Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of two years of technical experience with enterprise applications or ERP/CRM/student success systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Jaggaer, Slate, Salesforce, Starfish, or similar; OR Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of four years of technical experience with enterprise applications or ERP/CRM/student success systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Jaggaer, Slate, Salesforce, Starfish, or similar. Position Summary The Senior Programmer Analyst is a technical resource responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of a wide range of enterprise applications-including ERP (PeopleSoft), Workday, procurement (Jaggaer), CRM (Salesforce), Slate, and student success applications-serving all business and academic units at the University of Rhode Island.
