Duties and Responsibilities GIS application development and ongoing application maintenance and upgrades ArcGIS Server web application development and maintenance Support configuration efforts in CityWorks and the GIS web services used by CityWorks Repair and upgrade existing Facilities and Utility toolsets written in Visual C# using Visual Studio 2010 (IDE) with ArcObjects Software Development Kit (SDK) 10.1 Minimum Qualifications / Skill Sets Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and modifying applications using: J2EE .NET JavaScript HTML C# Python Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies, including: ArcGIS Server ArcGIS APIs ArcGIS JavaScript API ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Collector ArcSDE ArcGIS Mobile Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), including triggers and stored procedures Experience analyzing program and production issues Experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Strong knowledge of relational databases and database concepts (Oracle and SQL Server preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications / Skill Sets Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Five (5) years of experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a closely related field Recent experience working with a government entity Required Submissions (If Applicable) At least two (2) professional references, including phone numbers, where the candidate performed services similar to those described above Security Requirements (If Applicable) Successful completion of a background check, as required by the Master Agreement Must display a County-issued security badge at all County locations ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
