Plans, schedules, develops and coordinates arts and crafts activities such as painting with multiple mediums and surfaces, leatherwork, ceramics, pottery, wood sign making, vinyl work, kids camps, sketching/drawing, textile projects, photography, etc. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installations decision on the 3-year residency requirement.
