EBA provides civil/site, geotechnical, structural, transportation, water resources, and water systems engineering; surveying and mapping; construction management/inspection; field and laboratory material testing; subsurface utility engineering; drilling; asset management; and geospatial technologies services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction inspection or management experience, a strong understanding of building and facility systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, designers, inspectors, operations personnel, and project stakeholders.
