Accredited degree (or global equivalent) in business, law, engineering, construction management or cost engineering or equivalent experience, Advanced degree or certification in Construction Law / Contract Management profession a plus, Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) project management /contract management, Project or area management experience in a multinational business environment and diverse cultural environments is recommended, Demonstration of successful performance as project manager on a minimum of two (2) medium to large sized projects or multiple project assignments in a significant role on large to very large sized EPFC/CM projects is recommended, Completion of all required in‐house project management courses in addition to courses obtained from university or other qualified sources, Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and management of contracts, subcontracts and the procurement process, Experience in contracts law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, pricing of changes and delays, planning, and scheduling, Proficiency in the formation, management and administration of prime contracts, Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Strong negotiation and issue resolution skills, Strong relationship and team building skills, Strong training, mentoring, and facilitation skills, Strong critical thinking skills. Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty (20) years of work‐related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-four (24) years if non‐degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
