Minimum number of years of directly related experience: Four years of directly related experience in capital project management, facility or infrastructure construction, architectural or engineering project coordination, grant-funded project administration, community improvement projects, or a closely related field, including at least three years of supervisory or lead experience. Interaction with Groups/Agencies/Entities: Internal: Works with department directors, division managers, project managers, inspectors, Finance staff, grant administrators, and ICIP administrators on capital projects, quality-of-life initiatives, and special projects.
