Masters Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10 years of ORSA-related experience in military or government civilian experience.•Alternatively a Bachelors Degree in a technical field with an additional 5 years of ORSA-related experience totaling 10 years may also be considered.•Proficiency in statistics data analysis techniques computer analysis tools basic modeling and simulation applications and human factors analysis.•Experience developing test and evaluation plans.
