The successful candidate will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery; take and defend depositions; and represent clients at hearings, including medical malpractice tribunals, where they will present evidence to establish a legitimate question of liability, as well as at mediations, arbitrations, trials, and other court proceedings. This role also includes coordinating and supervising outside experts, conducting legal research, analyzing evidence, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal litigation requirements, and collaborating with a talented litigation team to deliver exceptional client service and results.
