Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, New Product Introduction, or a related discipline and a minimum of 7 years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience, including leadership of production teams in a complex manufacturing environment, is required. In this role, you'll lead the manufacturing organization responsible for building, testing, and delivering the IBD300 product line, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
