DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE OF AND PERFORMANCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Use of configuration management and/or diagnostic tools, monitoring applications and performance analysis tools; Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) scripts, Crystal Reports, Power Business Intelligence (BI), and other reporting tools; Enterprise software including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS), and Relational Database Management systems; Database design and structures; Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web services and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); Emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and intelligent automation concepts applicable to enterprise business applications; Data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy principles related to the use of AI-enabled technologies.
