The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing implementation activities, and ensuring hotels and vendors are prepared for successful migrations. The OHIP Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the complete transition of hotels worldwide from OXI platform systems to OHIP within Opera Cloud environments.
We have successfully performed engineering work for a complete spectrum of utility infrastructure projects providing solutions and construction support from Coast to Coast in areas ranging from complex urban city centers, to rural greenfields, to limited access rights-of-way. This senior management role involves leading teams to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies while working on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues.
The role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, and assisting project managers with scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving. p>Responsible for the overall tactical and strategic direction and management of projects through designated project managers, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, consistency of process across projects and internal and external customer satisfaction with the projects. Your Profile: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, project management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
