Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum of 510 years of experience in industrial construction, mechanical engineering, or project management Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred, including pulp & paper, corrugated, food processing, or manufacturing industries Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, piping, instrumentation, and industrial processes Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks preferred Strong working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to travel as needed for project support and site visits Ability to work from headquarters in Woodland, WA.
