The role manages the intake and prioritization process, maintains portfolio health and reporting, supports resource and capacity alignment, and ensures strategic initiatives, regulatory programs, technology transformations and operational projects are delivered consistently, efficiently and in alignment with PEMCO's business strategy and risk appetite. Project and Program Management: Has a proven track record of leading PMO practices that support approved projects, programs and portfolios across business, technology, digital, data, AI and operational capabilities.
