These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital) and domains (hardware, software, firmware) You will work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities You will actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle You will lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments You will engage in personal technical growth and encourage technical growth in peers and junior engineers through mentoring activities You will prepare and clearly present project status to functional and program leadership You will understand and report financial & earned value status for monthly reporting cycle You will proactively manage and mitigate Risks and Opportunities You will support Manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging, both independently and in collaboration with design engineering teams You will contribute to cost, schedule, and technical solutions for bid and proposal development Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience Experience with Electrical, Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and/or Multi-Discipline Engineering Experience in an engineering design and development environment with direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks Experience leading technical teams and/or projects Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e. Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.
