The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization helps protect Vanguard by ensuring crew, consultants, vendors, and partners have the right access to the right resources at the right timeAs an IAM/IGA Engineering Delivery Manager , you will lead a team of technical leads, engineers, and quality engineering professionals responsible for building, modernizing, and supporting Vanguard’s Identity Governance and Administration capabilities. You will partner with product, architecture, security, operations, risk and control teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IAM solutions while driving automation, simplification, and engineering excellence.
