Education, Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered 10+ years of progressive experience in construction operations, operational excellence, process improvement, business systems, or organizational transformation Experience within construction, self-perform specialty contracting, or another complex, project-based and field-oriented organization strongly preferred Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or cross-functional process improvement and organizational change Strong understanding of construction operations, including Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating/Preconstruction, and the project lifecycle Experience evaluating, implementing, and improving business technology and construction management systems Ability to influence and lead across departments and levels of the organization without relying solely on direct authority Strong executive communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and change-management skills Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred Creative and results-oriented, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. The Director will partner with leaders across the organization to establish scalable processes, improve the use of technology, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and drive continuous improvement as the company grows.
