The position is responsible for supervising assigned skilled trades personnel, coordinating vendors and contractors, planning preventive and deferred maintenance programs, supporting capital improvement projects, monitoring building system performance, and ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of campus mechanical systems. JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Capital Planning and Facilities Management, the Building Automation and HVAC Systems Manager provides leadership, administration, and oversight of the University's Building Automation System (BAS), HVAC control systems, and related building management technologies.
