Responsible for execution of assigned project, including management of work procedures, scheduling, cost control, project specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels, monitoring and implementation of safety programs, project conformance to national, local and/or company building codes and DOE Directives and Orders, and the maintenance of accurate records. The Senior PM/ DTM may oversee field and office staff in the efficient and timely execution of projects and apply advanced knowledge of contracts, plans, specifications, implementation means and methods, scheduling, financials, and problem solving to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
