Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Engineering Manager leads plant engineering and program management, including new program launches, engineering changes, capital projects, costing, quoting, operational support, and continuous improvement. Manage program launches, engineering changes, and capital projects to approved timing, scope, budget, safety, quality, and performance requirements; identify risks, delays, and cost variances early and implement clear recovery plans through verified closure.
