As a leader within Capital Projects, the Manager is responsible for ensuring strong project governance throughout the Stage Gate Lite Process, maintaining director level visibility into project performance, and providing clear, concise communications regarding cost, schedule, risks, opportunities, resource requirements, and strategic decisions. Demonstrates full financial ownership of assigned projects by managing budgets, working forecasts, estimates at completion (EAC), contingency, cash flow, change management, productivity, and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and overall project value.
