The IT Project Manager will also: prepare and process required documentation with Base Equipment Control Office; develop project plans, monitor progress, and brief leadership on status, risks and outcomes; ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; manage project resources, including procurement, receipt, storage, and tracking of equipment; monitor project performance, schedule adherence, and expenditure of allocated funds; coordinate with IT Operations and end users to ensure completed projects meet technical, operational, sustainment, and training requirements; oversee project-related documentation required by contracting, financial management, and network enterprise teams; maintain awareness of SpRCO IT Network Requests in coordination with Command Validator; and analyze IT asset inventories and produce annual technical refresh reports.
