Education, Experience, and Licensing/Certifications include: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience 0-3 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related field Basic to intermediate proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot in a work setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications Experience or coursework related to Mission Critical construction, MEP systems, or data centers Experience building AI prompts or automated workflows in a professional setting Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) or schedule performance metrics AACE or PMI scheduling certification (or willingness to pursue). Job Summary: The overall goal of the Project Scheduler is to provide planning, monitoring, and communicating project schedules across Mission Critical construction projects including data centers, critical facilities, and high-performance environments.
