10+ years project controls experience Primavera P6 proficiency Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and construction scheduling methodologies Experience developing and maintaining baseline schedules, construction schedules, recovery schedules, and milestone schedules Experience reviewing contractor schedule submissions, updates, and schedule narratives Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement timelines, phasing plans, and project delivery methods Ability to analyze schedule performance and identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts Experience supporting projects within active operational environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, schedule narratives, and executive summaries Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams Experience with Microsoft Project and project controls reporting tools preferred. About Your Role The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers, construction managers, contractors, consultants, and project controls teams to help ensure project schedules accurately reflect project scope, sequencing, milestones, operational constraints, and contractual obligations.
